  • Conducted intense research studies evaluating competition and forming demographic profiles for site selection.
  • Maintained strict vigilance and leveraged local relationships to identify ideal sites long before they were listed on the market.
  • Thought creatively about how to utilize space to meet site requirements.

The Result

  • Negotiated and secured 19 Washington Sports Clubs locations between 1999 and 2006.
  • Washington Sports Clubs established a strong foothold in neighborhoods throughout Washington, D.C. core and densely populated areas in the Virginia and Maryland suburbs.
