Top 2007 Washington D.C. Area Retail Transaction Brokered by Madison Retail Group
WASHINGTON, DC (January 16, 2008) – Madison Retail Group’s involvement in brokering Home Depot’s newest location in Loudoun County, Virginia was the top retail deal of 2007 according to the newly released Washington Business Journal “Book of Lists.”
The 150,000 square foot location in South Riding Market Square was brokered by Madison Retail Group on behalf of the developer, Toll Brothers. Two of Madison Retail Group’s other transactions from 2007 also made the top 25 list – both were on behalf of Washington Sports Club for locations in Columbia Heights and Bethesda.
