LA BOXING Signs Lease for Space at The Clarendon
WASHINGTON, DC (October 29, 2007) – Madison Retail Group announced today that LA BOXING has signed a lease to occupy 4,065 square feet of retail space at The Clarendon, a 277– unit luxury apartment building located in Arlington, Virginia. The Clarendon is located on North Herndon Street just off Wilson Boulevard near the Clarendon Metro Station.Madison Retail Group’s Jim Farrell and Anastasia Kharchenko represented the landlord, Clark Enterprise, in this transaction, and the tenant was represented by Mar-West Realty. This would be the first location for LA BOXING’s in the Arlington submarket.
