J.Crew to Open in Reston Town Center
Madison Retail Group Helps Secure Prime Location
WASHINGTON, DC (September 18, 2008) – Madison Retail Group announced today that J.Crew has signed a lease to occupy 5,634 square feet of a corner space at the SOMA Phase of Reston Town Center located at 11940 Market Street in Reston, VA.
Founded in 1983, J.Crew has since expanded to that of an iconic American brand known worldwide for its sophisticated, fun clothing and accessories diversely fit for everyday and special occasion use. The Reston Town Center location is expected to open in late fall 2008.
Eric Rubin and Open Realty Advisors represented J.Crew in the transaction. Boston Properties is the landlord.
“J.Crew is one of the most important national fashion retailers and it will help take Reston Town Center’s retail offerings to a new level,” said Eric Rubin, Principal of Madison Retail Group.
SOMA at Reston Town Center is the latest expansion at Reston Town Center adding 70,000 sq. ft. of shops and restaurants in addition to the over 40 shops, 20 restaurants and 13-plus cinemas.
