Commerce Bank Signs Lease for Location at The Hartford
Madison Retail Group Helps Secure 10-Year Lease for 7,777 Square Foot Location on Behalf of Landlord
WASHINGTON, DC (November 20, 2007) – Madison Retail Group announced today that Commerce Bank has signed a lease to occupy 7,777 square feet on the ground floor of The Hartford, an office building located at 3101 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, Virginia. The transaction was brokered by Madison Retail Group's Jim Farrell and Anastasia Kharchenko on behalf of the building’s owner, Multi-Employers Property Trust.Built in 2003, The Harford is located across from the Clarendon Metro Station and features nearly 300,000 square feet of office space. Sette Bello—the 1st restaurant in Northern Virginia for the owners of Georgetown’s Café Milano—is also located at The Hartford. Commerce Bank’s new lease term is ten years.
