Citibank Signs Lease to Open in the Shops at Waldorf Center
Madison Retail Group Helps Secure 10-Year Lease for 4,400 Square Foot Location in Waldorf, Maryland
WASHINGTON, DC (November 20, 2007) – Madison Retail Group announced today that Citibank has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 4,400 square feet of space at The Shops at Waldorf Center in Waldorf, Maryland. The transaction was brokered by Madison Retail Group's Jim Farrell on behalf of the center’s owner, Madison Marquette.The Shops at Waldorf Center (formerly the Festival at Waldorf) is located at the major intersection of Route 5/301 and Route 228 (Berry Road) in Waldorf, Maryland. This 602,085 square foot shopping center, which will include a new lifestyle center wing of 100,000 square feet, is anchored by Circuit City, Babies R Us, Michael's Arts & Crafts, The Room Store, Ross Dress for Less, Marshall's, PetsMart and Modell's Sporting Goods.
