Representing landlords and developers is Mr. Farrell’s primary focus. He assistsclients in the merchandising, development and leasing of all types of retail properties, including mixed-use projects, urban storefronts, town centers, lifestyle centers, shopping centers and ground up developments.

Mr. Farrell’s clients within the Washington, DC area include the owners of Festival atWaldorf, Plaza America, Hunters Wood Village Center, The Shops at Mark Center and Westview Promenade. He was also involved in several high-profile, large-scale suburban developments. He was hired to assist in the development and leasing of The Shops at Belmont, South Riding Market Square, Dominion Valley Market Square and University Town Center. Over the years, Jim worked with Madison Marquette, The State Teachers and Retierement System of Ohio, Donohoe Companies, Monument Realty, Lennar Partners, The Nature Conservancy, Multi-Employers Property Trust, Toll Brothers, Akridge Real Estate Services, Northwestern Mutual Life, Atlantic Realty Companies and many others.

Mr. Farrell is a member of several trade organizations, including International Council of Shopping Centers, Ballston Partnership and the District of Columbia Building Industry Association.

Mr. Harlepp has over 25 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Harlepp’s area of expertise is representing property owners and develpment sites throughout the Washington, DC region and representing national and regional tenants in the Mid-Atlantic market. Urban properties include 555 12th Street, NW, 701 9th Street, 901 New York Avenue.

He has recently developed an expertise in mixed-use town centers and is currently assisting in the development of The Town Center at Aquia, the first mixed-use project in Stafford County, VA. Mr. Harlepp has represented Landlords such as Potomac Capital Investments, Zuckerman/Gravely, Ramco-Gershenson and Manulife Financial. Notable transactions completed for ownership in Washington, DC include ESPN Zone, Barnes & Noble, Ristorante Tosca and Zaytinya Restaurant.

Retailers that Mr. Harlepp has represented in the region include Kmart Corporation, PACE Membership Warehouse, Sound Advice, Edwards Theatres, 7-Eleven Corporation and several renowned restaurateurs such as Jean-Louis Palladin, Roberto Donna and Cesare Lanfranconi.

. Harlepp has also consulted on the development and leasing of several outlet centers in Europe for Outlet Centers International of London, England. Development
sites in Germany, Italy and Spain involved leasing to major Italian brands such as Gianni Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada and Fendi.

Mr. Rubin has over twenty years experience in the commercial real estate industryrepresenting both landlords and tenants. His area of specialization in landlordrepresentation is mixed-use projects, urban storefronts and development sites throughout the Washington, DC region. He has represented properties such as 901 New York Avenue, Cady’s Alley and the Jefferson at Pennsylvania Quarter. He has been involved from early planning stages on mixed-use developments including, The Spectrum at Falls Church, Palladium at McLean and North Bethesda Center. In addition, Mr. Rubin has consulted on a number of urban development initiatives in Anacostia, Georgetown, Downtown Washington, DC, the City of Dallas, Texas and Tulsa, Oklahoma.

In the area of tenant representation, Mr. Rubin represents both regional and national retailers in developing and implementing expansion strategies in the Washington, DC region. Expansions that have been successfully implemented and are ongoing include, LuLuLemon, Vineyard Vines, Ann Taylor, Aerosoles, Restoration
Hardware, Williams Sonoma, Rock Bottom, The Capital Grille, Diesel, Tumi, Brooks Brothers and ZARA.

Through hard work, integrity and the development of trust, Mr. Pratt has represented these retailers for over a decade in urban street-fronts, lifestyle and traditional strip centers. On both the landlord and tenant side utilizing his experience with the intricacies of governmental authorities such as Historic Preservation Review Board
and Georgetown Business Improvement District. Mr. Pratt has completed strategies for tenants and landlords in markets such as Georgetown, Downtown, Chevy Chase, Old Town Alexandria, Dupont Circle and other Washington submarkets with retailers that include J. Crew, Zara, Pottery Barn, BCBG, West Elm, Williams Sonoma, and Ann Taylor.

Mr. Pratt has also executed a strategy for the DC expansion of Washington Sports Clubs, completing over 200,000 square feet of transactions that involve unique infrastructure and lease requirements. Additionally, Mr. Pratt has successfully assembled properties on both the acquisition and leasing side for CVS/pharmacy, and has completed multiple transactions in urban and suburban environments in the Washington market.

Anastasia focuses on both tenant and landlord representation. On the landlord side, Anastasia frequently works on the retail component of urban office and residential properties. In suburban submarkets she works on mixed-use projects that include several components such as office, retail and residential. She represents Boston Properties, AvalonBay, Pritzker Residential, Holladay Corp. and Akridge Real EstateServices. On the tenant representation side, Anastasia represents both national and regional clients such as Au Bon Pain, Anora Home, Coup de Foudre Lingerie, Cafesano Mediterranean Cafe, New Balance, Bar Louie and Blue Point Grill (Restaurants-America Group), G-Star, Vesta Home, The Daily Grill, Fogo de Chao and Wasabi Sushi.

Anastasia is originally from St. Petersburg, Russia and has been in Washington since 1991. She received a BA in Business Administration from Trinity College and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from George Washington University. She is a member of the Ballston Partnership and DCBIA Retail Group.

Ms. Price has represented properties such as The Shops at Spectrum, Republic Square, 901 New York Avenue and Capitol View. She has also been involved in the marketing and re-merchandising of The Watergate. Ms. Price has worked diligently on behalf of landlords such as Waterford Development, Clark Commercial, Republic Properties and Bentley Forbes to coordinate leasing efforts via reporting, prospecting and general project management.

Ms. Price also assists Mr. Pratt and Mr. Rubin in their representation of numerous local and national retailers, including Williams Sonoma, Ann Taylor, WINK, Tree Top Kids, Brooks Brothers and Village Road Show Entertainment.

Ms. Price holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
