Christina Davies joined Madison Retail Group in the Winter of 2010.  Ms. Davies joins us from Cushaman & Wakefield’s Retail Services Group where she was an Associate Director.  Prior to that, Ms. Davies was a Senior Associate at MBA Realty in Fairfax, Virginia where she was actively involved in commercial real estate transactions in the Greater Washington Metropolitan area.

Ms. Davies has worked with national and regional tenants such as Verizon, Verizon FIOS, Starbucks, Office Depot, MadFox Brewery, Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli, Casey’s Coffee, Smoothie King, Red Dog Spa and Boutique, Pie-Tanza Gourmet Wood Fired Pizzas and PNC Bank on the landlord representation side.

Ms. Davies also has worked with local developers such as Level 2 Development, Grid Properties, Evergreen Quantico Assoc., 1737 Connecticut Avenue, LLC. and investors seeking retail-infill sites in the Metropolitan Washington area as well as assisting in the leasing and sale of these and other properties.

Ms. Davies attended Medical College of Virginia, and is members of both ICSC, ULI and WIRRE.

Mr. Harlepp has over 25 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Harlepp’s area of expertise is representing property owners and develpment sites throughout the Washington, DC region and representing national and regional tenants in the Mid-Atlantic market. Urban properties include 555 12th Street, NW, 701 9th Street, 901 New York Avenue.

He has recently developed an expertise in mixed-use town centers and is currently assisting in the development of The Town Center at Aquia, the first mixed-use project in Stafford County, VA. Mr. Harlepp has represented Landlords such as Potomac Capital Investments, Zuckerman/Gravely, Ramco-Gershenson and Manulife Financial. Notable transactions completed for ownership in Washington, DC include ESPN Zone, Barnes & Noble, Ristorante Tosca and Zaytinya Restaurant.

Retailers that Mr. Harlepp has represented in the region include Kmart Corporation, PACE Membership Warehouse, Sound Advice, Edwards Theatres, 7-Eleven Corporation and several renowned restaurateurs such as Jean-Louis Palladin, Roberto Donna and Cesare Lanfranconi.

. Harlepp has also consulted on the development and leasing of several outlet centers in Europe for Outlet Centers International of London, England. Development
sites in Germany, Italy and Spain involved leasing to major Italian brands such as Gianni Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada and Fendi.
